Chelsea Clinton’s former Manhattan apartment has entered into contract just about two weeks after hitting the market.
The three-bedroom unit on the 10th floor at the Grand Madison condominium was last listed at $5.995 million.
There were multiple offers for the property and the winning bid came from a U.S. buyer, listing agent Karin Posvar Picket of Corcoran, told Mansion Global.
The views were a big selling point for what was once the home of former President Bill Clinton’s daughter, said Ms. Posvar Picket.
“They are absolutely phenomenal,” she said. “ You can see all the way down to the arches of Madison Square Park, all the way down Fifth Avenue.”
Inside, the condo features a large entry foyer that leads to a living/dining room with 10-feet-high ceilings and walls of windows that frame the breathtaking views. An added perk: there is a private storage room on the same floor.
Clinton and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, sold the apartment in 2013, according to Curbed.
